Returns
Solarbay are committed to providing quality items with a high level of customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us in the original packaging within 7 days of the receipt of your order or you must inform us of your intent to return within the 7 days by contacting us at info@solarbay.ie. In respect of faulty goods, ie defective or damaged goods, or items not specified on your order acknowledgment, you must inform us of any damage or errors within the 7 days and we shall provide a replacement for the goods or refund the order value to your account, which ever you choose, after we receive your goods. In respect of non-faulty goods, we will be happy to accept the return of goods within the 7 day period, and offer a refund or exchange to the value of the original goods, please note this does not include any postal charges, which cannot be refunded for non-faulty items. We cannot, however, accept goods which have been tampered with or which have damaged packaging. All postal costs for returns, except in the case of faulty/damaged items, are to be paid by the Customer and are not the responsibility of Solarbay. We highly recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage for your goods return as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost or damaged in the post.
