Your terms and conditions of use

You undertake that all details which you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card details you provide are your own and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the full costs of the transaction. If, for any reason, your card details are incorrect, there are insufficient funds, or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, Solarbay will have the right to cancel the order. If there are any changes to the details you have provided it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible, but we cannot bear responsibility if the order transaction has already been completed. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct for the order, Solarbay will not accept responsibility for goods delivered to an incorrect address as supplied on the order receipt.

The terms and conditions set out below regulate the Agreement between "you" the customer and Solarbay. By placing an order with Solarbay you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Solarbay may or may not accept at their sole discretion. If an order is accepted we shall send you a confirmation email to the address provided.
